Audio files transmitted to us at the end of a clients’ working day can often be retrieved as transcribed documents the following morning. Capitol Medical Technologies works on 24-7-365 basis. We are timely and efficient, meeting TATs and deadlines of all clients.

We also provide shorter turnaround times (as short as 4 hours) for emergency tasks designated as STAT by the submitting doctor. Due to our strategic location, abundant human resources and state-of-the-art technology, we have the capacity to scale up to any volume level to complete a task within specified time constraints.
